One way I found out to fight against flouride is using a tap filter which can be bought from many different stores. I've seen many other people with these kinds of filters too. My tap filter attaches itself to the tap and filters out all the water. It's much safer than plain old tap water. Also, we should cut down on canned goods because they also contain flouride or other harmful chemicals.
